Pianist Maya Irgalina and violinist Anna Ovsyannikova invite audiences on a journey from the sun-drenched streets of Spain to the elegance of Italy, the temples of Indonesia, the rhythms of Argentina, the bright lights of Las Vegas and the landscapes of China, before returning to Europe for a spirited finale.

Featuring music by Kreisler, Bach, Debussy, Stravinsky, Ravel, John Adams, Hiromi Uehara, Brahms and others, the programme brings together classical masterpieces, unexpected discoveries and a touch of humour.

A concert about curiosity, imagination and the wonderful ways in which music allows us to travel without leaving our seats.
